Based in booming Dallas, Middle Market Advisory LLC (“MMA”) was founded to provide specialized consulting support to businesses ranging in size from funded start-ups to a multinational companies, and businesses at different stages of growth in between.

MMA also serves as advisors to the private company owners and leaders of founder run, family owned, and private equity portfolio businesses.

Our motto is “We Like It Complicated” because we take pride in applying our specialized expertise to creating value for clients in complicated scenarios.

The MMA team includes professionals with in-depth international business experience – including as expats, and fluency in multiple languages (Spanish, Chinese, and Portuguese).

MMA’s founder has a Big 4 M&A advisory background as well as having served as CFO and CFO / COO at private companies. This combination of experience in consulting and industry brings a complete multidimensional and holistic perspective to MMA’s approach and results. Additionally he has an MBA in Finance, International Business, and Information Technology from New York University and began his professional career as a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
